How your inquiry is handled
Your message, name and email are retained in the inquiry for 90 days. A team member may separately save your name and email as a CRM contact beyond 90 days; that contact has no automatic expiry. Archiving or deleting in the workspace does not by itself erase personal data. Contact Joant for correction or erasure. This does not subscribe you to marketing, verify your identity or link WhatsApp.
